DONT TRUST THEM..Under new Management. .Dont be ripped off..! Cannibalised my iPhone 4 and I have Apple Store staff who told me so, and TURNONYOURMOBILE are the only people who I have EVER left my phone with..!
My I phone came back they had removed the serial no inside (mine was 32gig) don't know what I got back...! They also tried to charge me for parts. What parts?
I felt they were lying to me as the story kept changing..SO I ASKED FOR IT BACK and they tried to charge me $115 (pounds) for handing back a phone that didn't look like mine... and was still dead.
My phone wasn't scratched and the speaker mesh wasn't all dented when I left it in their care.. Mine was spotless as it was always in its cover an only 4 months old!
I told them it was going to Apple Store where Id purchased it so could I have my phone back as I gave it to them ! Apple Store told me that the markers had been removed and the serial number and was told by the store that I was not giving them the phone that Id bought from them..!
I had to buy a new phone on top of the money I gave them to give me my phone back. Please go elsewhere.. I am out of pocket because I used this shop when the PREVIOUS South African owner was there with only good experiences.
