Took my watch there for a new battery. The guy struggled for a few minutes to open the back and then, after putting a new battery, the watch did not work. I got the watch and took it to a nearby professional watch shop who informed me that the watch had been damaged when the case back was removed. They showed me the inside of the watch where the watch knife had scratched the insides, damaging the coil. Cost of repair £55.
