I've used ERC Tech now several times - Samsung screen replacement, iPad screen replacement, iPad battery replacement, iPhone charging port replacement and have been extremely happy with their service and customer care. All items have been working well since repair and even when one had an issue after fixing they immediately resolved it for me! I would highly recommend them.

Top quality phone repair, quick and with lovely & professional customer service. My iPhone 8 plus charging issue was fixed within less than 48 hours, and during the whole process I was continuously being contacted by ERC staff to make sure I was up-to-date with all the progress of repair. Reasonably cost of service too.
