Very friendly, thorough service. I went to pick up the phone I had upgraded to and had a great experience. The staff helped me with all aspects of transitioning to the new phone and did so in a very pleasant way.

Manager and other staff are really friendly and positive, mentioned about the negative feedback before this post and the manager has been there for 3/4 months and sorted most of the problems out now. I went in with a broken water damaged phone and they sorted the problem out within 15 mins. I will use this store more often as I am a uni student I tend to use the store near my uni but the store is always busy and I am at home frequently so I will definately use this store more often!

terrible sales advisors - they have no concept of the words 'customer service'! everytime i go in there i try and remind myself never to go in again but the truth is it is the nearest one to me and id have to catch a bus to go to another one - not that they ever solve my queries in there anyway. I went to get an iphone4 today and jalal the stupid guy behind the counter had just finished selling someone else an iphone4 and i saw him put an extra box of the iphone4 back so i knew there was stock. when i got around to serving me he did not look me in the eye once when i was talking to him and then had the audacity to say there was no stock even though i have just been them. he was trembling and his words were dimmed and he was blatantly lying to me. needless to say i will NEVER be going in there again and if i see that fool in tooting he will know what the deal is.
