The Carphone Warehouse

I live in the area so its a branch i use if i have problems with my phone. I have a contract with 3, they send you there to fix problems you might have with your phone under warranty. My screen had gone blank.....i was told by one of their engineers that the screen had cracked and that it was chargeable (for the life of me i could not see any crack) whereas if the screen was just faulty it would come under the warranty.
To cut a long story short i took it to one of these roadside repair places they fixed it for a fee and said the screen was just faulty not cracked i couldn't be bothered to go back to the carphone warehouse or complain to 3 who needs the stress !!
