I first bought my Samsung A21 in June of this year, and not being technically minded, I had to rely on the professionalism and honesty of staff to guide me in the right direction. Well, they did just that and more. A young woman served me, who at the time had just finished her shift and was on her way home when asked to give me some assistance.
With a smile she offered her help, which in itself impressed me and I told her so. "It's what we always do as a team, she replied."

Today, I had some problems with the same mobile device and by chance, she was there again and after trying in earnest to rectify the problem, without much success, she called her assistant manager who was equally impressive and sat there with my mobile phone for twenty minutes until she had resolved the problem. Another staff member, also asked if he could help. I can't thank the staff at 3 stores Lewisham enough. Absolutely first class customer service.
