The Carphone Warehouse

I called this branch to help me with my phone, however the staff member said he was busy in dealing with another customer and said he would call me back within a few minutes. He took down my number and name, however has not called back for at least 45 minutes now. I have called the branch to see what has happened, and the phone has clearly been picked up and put on hold, wasting my own money as their number is a high pay rate number. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and do not recommend this branch for any sort of help!

In contrast to the first review I am able to report a great visit to this Carphone Workshop. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and long suffering - maybe they recognised an over 60 year old struggling with the joys of Ifone and all it has to offer. Seriously though, they took time to give all appropriate advice and were able to cope with the strains of a Saturday queue. I am sure this was not just the day I visited as I had also been there earlier in the week and got the same good service. Maybe there has been a staff change?

Arguably the worst retail experience I have ever had the misfortuen to endure. The staff are rude, obnoxious and arrogant. I originally entered the store with the aim of getting my phone repaired as it was under warranty, after treating me in a very offhand manner the staff assured me they would call me with the results of the repair in five days, something they failed to do. I have attempted to call this branch several times since, however they have consistently refused to pick up the phones. Essentially I will now be forced to leave work early to get there before closing time or waste my own time from the weekend going to this godawful enterprise, and all because the staff are too lazy and selfish to do there job properly, I would rather have a broken phone than deal with these pernicious individuals ever again.

VERY VERY POOR POOR STAFF<

The staff in this branch of car phone ware house are out right rude unhelpful, i had my son bring in his phone for repair as it is covered buy the warranty i was informed this could be done at the shop while we waited, then were told that it would have to be sent of i have had no reponse regarding the repair of my sons phone, every attempt i have made to phone this shop has not been picked up an beleive me i have exausted my patients trying i certainly will not be using this shop again and most definitely would not recommend it to anyone else.
