The Carphone Warehouse

I'm not exaggerating when I rate it 1/10 stars. Bought a faulty phone from them, when I went back to sort out the issue I was faced with an extremely condescending member of staff, who said that it was my fault entirely. He then proceeded to have a conversation with his colleagues in a different language and refused to call the manager when asked. Never received such poor customer service and am deeply disappointed. Avoid at all costs!

I visit this store very regularly and i must say i always seem to have a great experience from the chaps that work there that why i always go back, i like the fact that you never get pressured into buying what you dont want, i have many phones with carphone warehouse and the customer service and aftercare offered for my blackberry something i never got when i was with orange a few blocks down, thank you carphonewarehouse hampstead!

I visited this store on Saturday with my partner to pick up a new pay monthly smart phone contract. We were the only customers present and there were three members of staff supposedly serving. All three members of staff were completely disinterested and unfriendly (we even knew exactly what we wanted!) We were clearly disturbing their conversation by being there. Subsequently we both questioned why we were bothering and left. We bought a phone today instead in a different shop on The Strand. Some customer service training wouldn't go amiss here. One to avoid.
