Fix-A-Phone

This shop never answers their calls. Whats the point of advertising the number. I guess you pay for what u get. No calls answered. Slow service. Crappy customer service.
Other place might be bit pricier then fix a phone. But you will get all of the above.

They're the cheapest around as they're not really into ripping people off unlike other shops. And they know what they're doing. The reason they dont answer calls is because they're too busy although they shouldn't adverstise their number then. There's just two of them it seems a technician and a customer service guy so its not really practcal to answer calls. They're also not good at keeping promises, they were meant to fix my phone but each time they say will be done in an hour, or tomorrow, etc. they've had the phone for about 5 days and counting.

My phone wasn't working, I went to them. It cost £25 a fairly cheap price considering other stores charge £40+. Left my phone there, came back the next day and it was working :) but 1 thing I didn't like is that my phone screen is much brighter than before and it hurts to stare at it for long periods. but over all 8/10

TERRIBLE COMMUNCATION. never pick up the phone. was in for a repair and tried to call this place whole last week. never once got through. ridiculous.

Went in to get a quote on repairing a Phone, fair enough they were busy therefore told to call after the weekend.

Have been trying to call for over a week and no body seems to want to answer the phone.

Why make a busines card "IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE"

No communication, No Alternative Numbers therefore would'nt recommend.

Very slow service but this is almost made up for by the technician's encyclopaedic knowledge of mobile handsets. If you're not in too much of a hurry, these are the guys to go to for repairs.
