The Phone Shop

I went to have them repair my phone screen on 3pm on a Saturday, the manage told me to return later, saying he closed at 6pm. I returned at 5.30pm to find the store closed, he made no effort to contact me to inform me he was closing early, I was left without my phone for 3 days. Nobody apologized, instead he claimed he always closes at 5.30, even though it says 6pm on this website and he told me 6pm in store. When he returned my phone it was worse than before, the screen didn't respond at all! I returned three times all together, no one admitted fault.

A very poorly managed business, avoid

Absolutely disgusting service: rude and intimidating staff.
'Fixed' my iPhone screen for a whopping £75, only to get it home and find it had a hairline crack across the speaker and I couldn't hear anything on a call. Called them when they opened to be told absolutely fine to bring it back and they'll replace it. Struggled back to them with kids in the buggy where the manager spent over an hour ridiculing me and arguing with me suggesting I was trying it on! Charged me another £35 to fix the speaker. Never again.

i had broken my ipad 3 screen and went to apple who after an hours wait informed my it would cost£250 to fix,i was suggested by a friend to try the phone shop in welling they were happy to repair it at a cost of £100 and took 24hrs to repair!!! very happy!!!!would recommend!!!

I had smashed my Iphone 4 front and back screen and after going to apple and numerous stores to get this repaired I had no such luck as Apple wanted a ridiculous amount of £150 to give me a refurbished exchange only and I would have lost all of my stuff. Furthermore the turn over would have been 7-14 days! Eventually, they soon re-directed me to the Phone Shop in Welling where they was more than happy to help me where the manager and staff was very helpful and even chucked in a discount as I needed so much work done. In the end, they repaired my phone while I waited!! Was able to keep my data and have a brand new apple certified front and back screen brand new all for £90, I was astounded with thier fantastic service and I left very pleased with my new working phone - no problems !
