The staff is very rude! Even the assistant manager Bobby is useless. You can’t deal with them. They put the phone down on you. They taking money in our bank account without any contract at all.

I have used this store a few times, always with a problem, and they have been courteous and helpful. Sometimes the wait for service has been a bit long but certainly no longer than other phone shops.

Absolutely useless. They ruined my simcard while doing a routine cut to change it for a microsim. So they got me a new one saying it'll take 4 to 5 hours express to change the number...no chance. Now they tell me 48 hours. Not even going to mention the useless staff member I spoke to regarding this

If you have no time to waste don't go to this shop as the service is very poor. Today they've asked me to wait whilst they were serving a customer so rude that started to insult me. They said nothing to prevent this to happen and left me there waiting like other six people in the queue. The guys at the shop aren't helpful and just read things out of the brochure which you could do yourself at home instead of waiting for ever to be served. This is my fourth visit to this shop and the service hasn't improved a bit. Incompetence and poor customere service is what they have to offer here. Very frustrating!
