After biting the bullet and shopping here multiple times over the years, my frustration at each experience has come to a melting point. I wouldn’t ever recommend going to Circus Circus on Wandsworth Bridge Road in Fulham for your party needs. Planning a party should be a fun and festive experience, but right from entering the shop it’s a disappointment. It would be nice to be kindly greeted and offered help for anything but this is not the case here. The shop is small and only has a very limited offering for party needs You feel absolutely NO customer appreciation whatsoever which shouldn’t be the case at a party supplies store or any other store for that matter. Go across the bridge to Party City in Battersea... a much better experience! One of my balloon deliveries was incomplete missing the age of the birthday child balloons!

thankyou for your comments which we take very seriously we have been providing party products
for 30 years and as habits have changed and customers order on-line we have reduced the
products as it is not financially viable to have an extensive product line in store we have
focused on balloons but still offer next day delivery we are sorry that you felt that you were
not receiving the service that you expected we are all human and mistakes occur if there is anything we can do to make it up to you please do let us know

I placed an order for a surprise 40th birthday and the order never arrive. There was no after hour number and when contacting them, I only received a 'sorry' with no compensation. We had no other decorations. Quick to take money and now still waiting for credit. Poor management and service !!!
