Launched in March 1995, Tiger Lil's is based on the Mongolian version of a barbecue; you help yourself to your food while it's raw and then queue up for it to be cooked in the woks which spit fire at the chefs like dragons. The result is whatever you want it to be really, because you choose all your meat, vegetables and sauces by hand and then instruct the chef how you like it done.
