Really bad service and expensive! When I asked for help putting a bouquet together the woman with the pony tail almost made me feel like I am a disturbance. When I wasn't happy with one of her suggestions she gave me even more attitude. I was actually angry when I left and never will I go back there again! Next time I buy various bouquets from Sainsburys or Waitrose and create a nice one myself.

Just went to Laurette to buy a corsage for my prom date and they are very very helpful there, they are friendly, understanding and offer you the best deals available. If I had to buy flowers from anywhere in the future it would definitely be from here.

Over priced and the flowers lasted about 3 days. I might also point out that the post before this looks suspiciously like the owners...

Why did you not return the flowers or in the very least pick up the phone to complain. Had you done that replacement would have been given, of course you would have had to have a valid till receipt maybe that was the problem!, we can also assure you we do not write our own reviews we are far to busy. Strange no profile or other reviews from you would'nt it be funny if you were a flower seller yourself? maybe near a greener side of clapham.

A truly fine florists. Flowers are of the highest quality, yes they can be expensive but they also run great deals on seasonal flowers too. Staff are helpful and polite. I wouldn't dream of buying my flowers anywhere else.
Interestingly, there is a street market just up the road with flower stalls... not a patch on Laurette and a friend of mine who bought at the market, returned to complain about the poor lasting quality of her flowers only to find the stall had gone....

Hi,I recently went into the shop to order some flowers for a funeral, the flower arrangement was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Some years ago I moved from Clapham to Mitcham but I always go back to Laurette for my flower orders. In my experience the flowers have always been brilliant,well presented and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Pam S.

Flowers at Laurette are pretty, but the service is disastrous. My husband regularly buys flowers from there but they just batch them together without trying to make them pretty in a bouquet (putting them nicely costs extra...never seen that in another florist). and greenery to put around it costs 7.5 £!They didn't even ask my husband if he wanted them is a nice bouquet. When I went there to complain, nobody seemed to care. So in summary, flowers are good, but don't go there if you want a good service or a little effort on the bouquet unless you are ready to pay a high price!

I am at at a loss to understand how someone can buy regulary from a company and think that presentation and service is disastrous. ALL our flowers are put together and all are wrapped in cellophane or kraft paper.We do charge for greenary and a regular flower buyer will know it can be as expensive as the flowers at certain times of the year and for this we make no apologies. We have never charged 7.50 for our gift wrapping service it is a standard 5.00, for this green,voile ribbon, bespoke wrapping and gift card are included . We pride ourselves on customer care and would not have lasted as a retail florist for 48years in the same family hands without this commitment.
