do not use this business, they are rip off merchants. i saw the bad reviews but wanted to use a local florist, so called them. they charged me 65 pounds for a few rotten flowers. the friend that i sent them to was very upset. i called to ask for a proper bunch or a refund and they hung up on me and have not answered the phone since.
i am reporting them as nobody else should have to endure this

Flowers ordered from France arrived in dirty green water. The Gerbera stalks were a slimy mess, and all the flower stalks were covered in smelly slime. The drooping roses did not open, and the sweet williams were in various stages of rotting. I rescued the lily which had three buds, two of which opened. It was a smelly slimy mess that I had to sort out, when recently out of hospital.
