This florist no doubt holds a night school diploma of some sort but appears to have little understanding of dealing with the berieved when ordering flowers, It seems to me that she would try to talk to you about some "designer" option rather than show any understanding of what people want.
Having placed your order you'd expect the final floral tribute to at least resemble the photograph on the web page but you'd be disaappointed, I particularly advise people to avoid the "Forest colours pillow" which in reality seemed to be an old turf with some moss stuffed in it some sticks stuck on it and two or three flowers laying limp across it and all for the sake of a designer ego, this particular item is very poor, quite possibly the worst display of funeral flowers I have experienced.

I have only last week come across your comments of 16th March. I regret that you have been unable to call us personally for us to have looked into your grievance. Be as it may, the order was placed on your behalf by a Ms Anne and she categorically asked for a Woodland pillow as illustrated on the Interflora website. Furthermore, as the pillow was part of several we assumed that this was in an attempt to be individual from all the other very many floral tributes that were going out. While it may have come across as "few limp flowers over Turf" I assure you this is how it is illustrated in the book and indeed how we replicated it. I suggest you have another look at the picture and I would be more than happy to discuss the details with you. May I also reiterate that when a customer asks for something specific it is not our policy to deter them from their choice simply because there are only a few flowers in it. Pushing for a higher value at a vunerable time like funerals is not our style any more than criticizing their choice - the latter I empahsise as when it was ordered, the customer did so by name and this leads me to believe that she was, in fact looking at the picture.
