Poundland

I went into this store today. I normally buy Chub rolls for my dog.
They used to be 55p, o when I went to till I was charged £1.25. I I spoke to the assistant and said this can’t be right. She called a manager and he said that is the correct price. The exact same chubbs are 75p in Sainsburys and 65p in Lidl. I could understand an increase of 20p or 30p but 65p is ridiculous.

Very bad experience from the duty manager. My suggestion (i'm running a store myself too) that he should learn from his collegues what does customer service means and going for the extra mile (they were always nice and helpful with me)
...and we are talking about £1 item... waist of time and energy for me...
