Bad service! Have been using them for awhile as they are very close and convenient but that will now stop. This is the second time I tried to send a parcel abroad, the first time it took them about 20 minutes to process everything and after I paid they called me back as they charged the postage within UK. Spoke to the owner who apologies and corrected the mistake. It happens. Sent the parcel again today and this time the owner made a mistake. Did not check the address and charged. Afterwards called and apologised that it happens and that the parcel will not be sent off. Will not be using them!
