I have been using this newsagents for years. They have a really extensive range of magazine and newspapers in numerous languages and they are friendly and helpful. I have also used the CollectPlus service a number of times without incident. All in all a brilliant neighbourhood newsagent.

This corner shop is a real local treasure. Same characters in and out everyday, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming. They will try to special order unusual magazines and also sell the basics like milk and bread. I've never had issues with the click and collect or collect + as the previous reviewer encountered.

They refused to accept the parcel I was returning under the CollectPlus service. I was forced to find another outlet some distance away, where they accepted the parcel and provided a tracking number without any hesitation. I would suggest that they adhere to the terms of the service. Alternatively if they are unable to do so it may be best to withdraw the service entirely.
