Magnum Newsagents

The people in this shop are rude, not willing to help. I went to collect 2 parcels, which i had the collection text messages for. I was given one of them and asked to wait which i did, when the worker just kept serving people instead of me i asked for him can he look for my package, the man was so rude to me and told me to move to the side, after waiting for longer i asked again if he was going to look for my package at which point he started shouting at me in front of a packed shop, i have never been more embarrassed. He didn't even try to look for it and started telling me it wasn't delivered etc, i know this was a lie as i received the message and he originally and asked me to wait, if he knew it didn't arrive why would he ask me to wait.
So i went again today to collect my package, tried to explain the situation and the the lady was rude to me and told me it only arrived today, she knows cause she scanned it today, again another lie as if it was only scanned this morning, i would have received the message this morning not yesterday. The worse part was the fact that instead of apologising for her employees rudeness to me and for what happened the day before she just looked at me and rudely said, it just arrived today, i know cause i scanned it. We got into a little spat as i said to her i was shocked that she would not apologize for her employees rudeness and she said why should i apologize look how you are acting, honestly i was really upset at this point because for 2 days in a row the people in this shop are being shockingly rude, i told yes i am acting like this because instead of apologies and trying to help you just lied and was rude.
