Just wanted to say a big thank you to Potty People for their kind advice and efforts. We
went there after being highly recommended by a friend. Initially we went there for a browse. We were given a huge variety of options and was told to consider them before commiting.Fantastic customer service!

i went there with my husband and found a nice travel system i liked, they said the pushchair was suitable from 3 months and car seat from birth. we thought cause the pushchair was suitable from 3months no need to buy carry cot. They said that the pushchair costs £300 everywhere and car seat £90 and that we had to buy adapters cause they dont include them or foot muff. They said they sell quick and have to order and will take 3 weeks to come cause so busy! We paid £470 in total.
When we got home and told my mum she was not happy as she had got us the quinny buzz 3 as a surprise and was ganna give it to us at my shower next week! So we called the shop to get payment void and cancel order but no answer. We sent a email and left a msg, went there next morn and shop was closed. Called again Monday morn and the guy that sold it to us was rude and said no refunds mate, we explained the situation and the fact we didnt even have the product! But they are just rude and very unhelpful once they have your money. We looked online at the pushchair and could not believe they also took the p*** with the cost, we found it online for £400 including the carry cot and in potty people they was saying extra £100 for that so feel completely upset and a huge hole in our pocket not to mention a pushchair and car seat we dont need and will loos out on if we try to sell cause its not worth what we paid at all!

Avoid this place, once they have your money the service goes out the window, they are rude money grabbing people.
