I remember over 5 months ago, I went there to have my Sandals fixed as one of the metal things that holds the straps snapped and I asked them if they could fix it - But they said they couldn’t because I didn’t have the missing/broken metal thing that broke off and they couldn’t fix it without seeing the broken thing and I even asked them if they had any spare parts for my Sandals that looked like the rest of the remaining metal things, but still being apologetic causing me to just storm off furious, So I am never going there again.

staff are less polite and appreciative than the punters. I requested a hole to be made in my trousers belt and the courtesy was only in one direction.
