Heath Shoe Care

... we are lucky to still have some good individual shops in London. This shop is a little gem.
I have been using them for shoe repairs, bag repairs etc for years, never had a complaint.

The owner is hard-working and accommodating. He is a 'one man band', do give him a chance to impress you.

Rudest shoe man in the world!
I had my shoe glued 2 weeks ago and after a week it came lose again. So went back in to ask him to glue it again. Accused me of lying (he said he never glued my shoe before) without even having a look at my shoe to start with.
He started screaming to me in a really rude way and when I wanted to leave he actually used the words 'F*CK OFF'! Have no words for his behaviour! Do not ever spend any money in this place!!

2 Weeks ago I got a key cut and I paid £4. the key would not go in the lock so I went back . The key did not work again and I ended go back 3 times . He tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the key .which was complete rubbish . he chucked the keys back on the counter with £3. When I asked for the other £1. he started shouting at me and said that I was never charged £4. I walked out because he actually scared me . AVOID this shop ,this man is a rip off .

I've used Heath Shoes for years and they're great. Have had shoes repaired and resoled, bags repaired. They even made me a great key holder. The one time a repair came off he did it again for free. Also the owner said if I told him what shoes I wanted he might be able to beat the internet prices.

Poor service, poor workmanship, rude & will try to charge you more than quoted for. Avoid!
