Had a pair of boots reheeled here recently and was very plesantly surprised with the results. The heels themselve had become a scraped/scuffed as I waited too long to take them for new heels and I was unsure of what could be done to make them look better. The lady who took them said she would see what they could do, however when I got them back they were almost like new and the charge was reasonable.
