Needed some extra holes putting in straps on sandals. Tony (I think his name is) did this for me and chatted away in a friendly manner. Really nice guy (and not unattractive!!). Wouldn't charge me but I insisted he had something to at least buy himself a drink! Good service and a change to find such a pleasant young guy in Central London location.

Terrible service, keys they cut would not work and they refused to offer a refund. Became rude and abusive instantly. Avoid at all costs.

Went to shoe master for full leather sole and heel very professional job will be recommending this shop to work colleges 25 pound cheaper than timpsons!
