Don't waste your money. I took a brand new dress there for a minor repair, and it came out with the worst hem line I've ever seen, not one bit straight!
Amazingly, when I took it back to show my discontentment, since they charged me £12,50 for what is probably a 5 minute job, I encountered the worst customer service ever. First I was told that that's the way it is, and that I would not be able to get a straight hem line anywhere (?), then they offered to re-do it. When I reminded them that they just told me it was an impossible job, so what would be the point of leaving it there, they were extremely rude and I was almost thrown out of the shop.
I'll be taking my custom to one of many other repair shops around Soho from now on.
Stay away.
