Elite Electrical & Lighting

I own a garage in maida vale and cant tell you how long I have been using elite lighting but eveybody is always helpful and knowledgable.
Excellent service.

The staff were rude and reluctant to help. I needed two bulbs, and one of which I needed help to figure out which one I needed. I had pictures of the lamp and pictures the measurement. Staff didn’t really want to help and I was told if I am not sure what I need them don’t bother buying the lamp as they do not do refunds or exchanges. While trying to find the picture to show the shop assistant walked off and served another customer and did it return. I had to ask another member of staff to serve me. As a trades person this shop may be helpful but for lay people who need a bit of help, they are rude and disrespectful. I will not be going there again.

Use this company quite a lot due to the experience and helpfulness of Jim, he is 100% honest and always does his absolute best to help and offers excellent advice. Pete's a good guy and always helpful when Jim is not around,,,,the only thing that lets this place down is the girl who runs the office, always abrupt and rude, shame. Well done to the boys for dealing with her professionally in front of customers.

Miss Nissan since his retirement but Jim on the counter sales is always very helpful and full of knowledge.....never lead you astray just to get a sale....in fact all the staff are very helpful and capable of getting you sorted with the right material.....keep it up guys ....not many of you left
