Their prices ain't bad either, I was expecting to pay a fortune but it didn't come up to that much which is a bonus!

For some reason this shop was open at crazy hours of the night, I'm not complaining though as it was very convenient for me to get my prints done there and then. Even decided to get a t-shirt for my son while I was there and he seems just as pleased as i am. Perfect company in a great location!

Came in to get some prints made up from my design portfolio and they not only enhanced them a little they actually showed me what they were doing and how to do it at home. The prints came out at all sizes and the shop owner had a fantastic way of running his shop, would recommend this place all day

We get all of our promotional leaflets and brochures printed at Splash and have done for many years, wouldn't use anyone else. Best quality, service and turnaround in the area.

The staff are very friendly and professional, I did large format prints and the quality was good as well the time of response.

Just started using these guys, really quick turnaround, they managed to print my business cards for me in one hour. Will be using them for all of my business printing.

I use them often and found them to be the best for colour reproduction. My self and my business colleagues swear by them.

They go that extra mile to make sure we get quality results every time. I looked at a previous slur against this company, I presume it must be a rival company that see's how things should be done and obviously none to happy.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this place!!!!
The guy working there has been very rude and he doesn't know how to treat the costumers. I felt really mistreated. I went there at 3 pm and 11 pm the prints were not ready yet. The quality was really bad, better to print with my home printer. Then he ran out of cartridges ( what print shop runs out of cartridges??) and he left my work unfinished. The worst print quality ever (it was double sided and you could see the next page through..), not binded, not trimmed and I was not even refunded.I was forced to pay in advance because he said"I don' t print anything if you don't pay me before"..(and he knew already that he did't have the cartridge..). I paid him 120 pounds for 50 A4 pages double sided for very very bad quality prints..I felt frustrated.. it was a very important project for the uni and I risked to fail because of this print shop.
I have noticed that I am not the only person that is complaining .. and I am sure he is going to have other complains if he continue to behave in a such rude and unprofessional way!
Unprofessional is the only word to describe my bad experience with this print shop!!

I have be a client of Splash of London for the past seven years. I have watched this company treble in size and move to there new premise in 131 Bethnal Green Road, E2. This is because they have a comprehensive understanding on print and media. The owner also taught several of our staff at the London College of Print, so he really knows his stuff. My business is a success due to hard work and guidance give by this company. I have to stress that this is a professional organisation and deals with people from all backgrounds and produces the best design to print service in the country. My agency and numerous others use them and find that when it comes to the impossible they make it possible... effortlessly.

I Totally agree with the other reviews! The owner chap is just very rude. He certainly needs to take some customer service classes or something. I have had some things done there before, we agreed a price, he did the job. Then the second time I went in he over charged me, I found my previous receipt and brought it in, he did refund me, but reluctantly. Since then I did have one job done, not that great. So I went in again to have the same job done again and I was told he would have to decline doing the job as he lost money etc...because it didn't come out right the first time (I brought in my own supplies) then had to use his supplies. I suggested maybe the machine needs fixing. his response was it's just how it is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, kinda vibe. Well, I thought...if that was the case why was I not told that that would be the last time he would do the job. Then I would have understood and found somewhere else to go instead of wasting my time.

Exceptionally bad print quality.
I got some flyers done and I was spoken to really rudely over the phone and when I picked them up. I wouldn't have bothered if I didn't need them so quick. I think my home printer could have managed it better.
Flyers were cut really poorly. Colours were off. And paper quality was poor.
Not worth the money at all!!

I even saw the boss being rude to an older lady who wanted wedding invitations done for her daughter.

Sorry excuse for a printers and customer service.

I have NEVER in my life been treating so badly by a shop. I was told to **** OFF out of the shop by the OWNER, as i said that i was not happy with the result of a print i had paid for. this print was onto fabric of which i supplied myself - they printed on two sides (of which i only asked for one) - 2 attempts as the first one did not come out well. . i was told it was the best they could do (despite my having the exact same job done at another shop (in another city). the owner then proceeded to tell me if i was not happy i could **** off out of his shop and PHYSICALLY pushed me out. i stood on the street in tears and complete shock.
i am a 35 year old very woman who would not say boo to a goose but when i said i was not very happy that they had printed on both sides of MY fabric.. OH, this will explain why i had to pay beforehand and got a HAND WRITTEN reciept on a compliment slip.
DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE.. I implore you.

Presentable image, but overall very bad service.

They state that they offer professional media solutions, but can't actually deliver.
Staff do not seem to be trained to use equipment, and my company had to use another media solutions company at the last minute due to Splash of London's lack of professionalism and inability to complete the work on time (even with two deadline extensions)

If you require a professional media solution service I would not recommend this company, and as they are pricing themselves in the professional bracket I would not recommend them for simple copying and printing either.
