We used this print shop for some party invitations. Carola and Alex were extremely helpful with lay out, ideas for typeface and so for the. We were very pleased--they even printed two prototypes for us to take away and the price is reasonable
The staff in the shop are really friendly not the cheapest shop for printing 1 or 2 sheets from email but their prices are much cheaper for larger printing jobs.
I went to get some postcards printed the lady and guy who served me where really helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend this shop for the larger jobs.
In all a happy customer
The young lady was helpful but lacked knowledge.
Had a cigarette in her hands, thankfully unlit, but overall lacked professionalism!
Oh and how expensive!! A guy came out and charged me £1.20 for one sheet of paper printed double sided.
I used them last year and was served by a large but lovely guy who seemed to run it very well and certainly wasn't this expensive!
Look elsewhere people
The lad in the ship was friendly and helpful, but they are ridiculously expensive. 50p to use an email or USB to access your document, plus vat, meant that printing a 2 page document, double sided in black and white cost £1.20! Seems extortionate for a piece of paper.
I would not recommend using this print shop.
They charge an extortionate amount per page and to top it off add 10% for printing from a USB and then on top of that add on VAT! so you end up paying a lot more than the amount that you agreed to, which was expensive in the first place..
I went there to get my wedding invitations printed which were very elaborate. It may be that the staff is not as trained as they could be but they are helping you in every way they can! I don't remember many occasions where I have been treated as nice as in this shop and the girl working there is an awesome perfectionist which is exactly what I was looking for as was obviously quite picky with my invitations. I left very happy with the results.
The staff are kind, but their knowledge is lacking in basic components of printing. I would not recommend this store because the quality of their prints are shockingly bad for the cost. They also take a long time to do a simple job.
I try to shop locally as much as I can, but this is the reason why many people have started going to larger outlets and even online.
My printing needs will be taken elsewhere in the future, which is a shame because this location is convenient.
My apologies for this review, but I am a very upset customer. I made that known at the store.
After using many other print shops, i can honestly say this is the best one i have found.
Helpful, efficient and more importantly Reliable. You can tell they know what they are doing when it comes to printing. I have ordered my leaflets and posters from here three times now and the quality and turn around times are the best i have ever seen! i now off-load all my personal and business printing jobs to them and it turns out far easier & cheaper for me.
