Post Office Ltd

They leave the returns bag out in the main area next to the self service points, unchecked, unsupervised. I just posted an item worth 900 pounds as a return and the hopeless old bimt behind the counter made ME put it in the bag along with maybe 30 other parcels. 1 minute later there are people hovering over it, next to the bag, which is extremely unsafe and open to theft. I have take pictures and even asked the rude man standing around being useless how this is allowed he shrugged it off. He literally stood there whilst it was left unguarded. Every other post office i have been to these bags are behind closed locked doors for safety reasons surely. Will make sure this is exposed and taken further.

Hopelessly understaffed

Bad customer service. Some of the female staff are very rude and unhelpful.

Really modern post office. I always go here rather than my nearest one because they have post it yourself machines, and it's cheaper to use them for some reason. It does get crowded, but overall v nice. Once I didn't have enough money to post something and the lady told me it was fine, pay her back the next time I was there
