The people running this post office are not concerned about customer service and satisfaction. If you ask them a question they either grunt at you or at worst shout and tell you never to come back. I asked them if they could weigh a letter for me when the queue was seven people long and only one of the stations was opened. They are always grumpy and rude and i don't understand how the post office works that we have to put up with this treatment.
