I am very happy this is my local post office. The entrance looks beautiful - the classic old-style massive dark wood door somehow makes one feel 'important' when entering..:)The staff are very friendly and polite, full of gentlemen with a sense of humour (so needed at places like that). One of the staff treats you almost with an 'old-fashioned' politeness, I love it! (The 'customer first' way. Wow!) Honestly, I don't get why some users wrote negative rewiews. A bit of queuing-so what?! Get yourself that 'Power of Now' book, start to enjoy the waiting, this post office is well worth it

Understaffed considering the lack of post offices in London the queues are huge every minute of every day. People standing in the rain down the pavement. It's outrageous that the government has allowed this to happen. I take a book to read now as I spend on average 3 hours a week there - and i am self employed.
