I am a local and this is my local post office where I use their services and buy my paper. I think they can improve by being kinder to people, and learn a bit of costumer service policies at their shop. Unfortunately they probably know that we don't have much choice around here, but if I could I would go somewhere else as some member of staff are very rude and unfriendly.

Always friendly, knows 'the regulars' and communicates with care, a quick service and efficiently. Many people give complain about price rises but I watch them suck up the insults with a smile and a patient understanding. They're more like a village member than an isolated service.
