Post Office Ltd

This review is about my experience of what happened yesterday, 26th May 2017, in this particular Post Office.

With a queue of at least 20+ people, they only had 1 person working in the front, and another person working in the back. In the end I had to go back home with my parcels as I was waiting there for almost an hour.

I don't know if anyone got what they came for that day, but I know that I most certainly didn't.

What they need to do is hire more staff, because this is simply unacceptable and shouldn't go on.

The only thing positive that I have to say about this experience, is that the lady who was working on her own, actually handled herself exceedingly well. It couldn't have been easy though, not when there are 20+ frustrated customers.

Just had to write a review to combat all the scathing ones that have been left previously.

I have never had anything but helpful and reliable, knowledgable staff assist me in the Broad Lane post office.
I have never had an issue with anyone or anything.
I am afraid I believe that you get out what you put in in life, you should never expect more than you offer from anything, and in the case of the previous reviews I have a feeling they might have been having a bad day.

unhelpful and unorganized staff.

staff are very arrogant and hostile. they need training and educating
the lack of basic civility and professionalism is like entering a 3rd world country, staff need professional help

This post office is awful. They refuse to look in the back for parcels that have been re delivered to them. Ebay purchases are being returned to sender because this post office is ineffective. Very lazy and rude service, staff are deliberately unhelpful.
