I don’t understand why so many bad reviews, for me the customer service is always been great, very friendly and welcoming staff.

I made a complaint to the post office about the appalling service in this place, it really is shocking and I now go out of my way to avoid it. They always try and charge as much as possible for small packages, I really hate to think of how much they are ripping off people who perhaps don't know the approximate prices. One time my envelope was coming un stuck so I politely asked if it could please be taped down, I had the response of we don't provide that service, utterly unbelievable. And as others have said, rude, unpleasant, unprofessional.

Staff incredibly rude. The guy behind the travel money kiosk had to actually serve someone with POST! I’m paying for a SERVICE not his BAD ATTITUDE! Avoid this pit!

The staff are so rude, how is this place kept open? I think the post office need to take notice of how many negative reviews there are.

They need better customer service training! Staff all look grumpy and never smile.
Awful service rude staff who obviously don't want to work there! Waited ages in a long queue to be faced with horrible service! This white older man served me I couldn't hear him asked him to repeat and what does he do? He rolled his eyes! !!!! I'm sorry I can't lip read! No thank you no please what's his problem?
