Not just this branch but every post office is useless in providing trusting service. 38 southall broadway… is just unprofessional in every manner. My visit to this branch proved one thing… it is run like a typical corner street fashion. No information displayed if a particular service is not available… one has to wait in the Q to find that. FRONT LINE STAFF REPRESENTS POST OFFICE… BUT THE WHOLE CORE IS ROTTEN,,, FRONT LINE STAFF CAN NOT DO MUCH…. THEY SEEMS TO BE WITH THE ATTITUDE OF… IF YOU CAN NOT BEAT THE SYSTEM…. JOIN THEM…

Applied for a passport, used check and send system at this post office. A week later I recieve a call from them and they told me they had lost my passport form, wern't apologetic at all instead they told me I was lucky they were even letting me know when they could've simply ignored the matter. Terrible customer service.
