Post Office Ltd

I just bought a Signed for Stamp at this post office. It cost £1.90 and I gave the man £5.00. The change should have been £3.10. but no, I was given £2.10 and the man was adamant he was right, even working it out on a piece of paper and showing me that it came to £2.10. Luckily, I kept the change on the counter and pulled out a calculator to prove it should be £3.10. He then apologised and gave me my correct change. This is suppose to be a post master, he should know his stuff, so why is he short changing people? I would suggest people check their change thoroughly before leaving

This is my local Post Office and unfortunately, I am not very happy with them. I sell a number of items on ebay and I prefer to buy my postage online because it automatically generates the address plus it's actually quicker to do it online rather letting everyone behind me wait in queue. However, I do like getting a proof of postage so I drop by at this branch. This is the 3rd occasion however that the staff begrudgingly serve me because it's a "waste of time" for them as they don't get any money when I simply ask for a proof of postage. Not happy.

The people who run the shop and post office are lovely and extremely efficient. They always go out of their way to help if they possibly can. I always try and ensure I go there to post my items rather than anywhere else!
