Post Office Ltd

Why does this Post Office close at 4pm every week day? Are they allowed to open and close when they feel like it?
Anyway, It's beyond frustrating.
I went to this Post Office on Sat morning the 4th June 2022. Closed AGAIN!!
They closed for the Jubilee Thurs-Friday which I can understand but not on a Saturday morning!!
Talk about unreliable.

One of the guys in this post office is beyond rude. He is frequently disrespectful, I have had enough so have chosen to drive the extra mile or so to find someone more bearable.

A great Post Office with well stocked shop attached and staff are mostly helpful and friendly.

I use this Post office a lot out of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful

There are a number of Post Offices in the local vicinity and I use this post office as a last resort.
I find a particular member of staff unhelpful, unfriendly and not willing to provide advice.
Customer service skills do not appear important to him and he seems to endow this quality on select customers only.
Today I had prepaid for my parcel's packaging online and printed out the wrong payment label, although the postage cost was the same. He told me "I cant take this" and when prompted why, said "you put the wrong weight" with no offer of any remedy.I think he he needs communication
