The manager is horrifically rude and short tempered, and gaining quite a rep for herself. I would strongly advise that you refuse to be served by her and tell her you want someone else to deal with you instead. Avoid her if you want the job doing properly! The other staff know their stuff better than she does.

I often have to pick something up here and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and I have never seen a queue down the street! The vestibule is very small, so it only takes two people to be waiting for the queue to spill out onto the pavement. Hardly disastrous!
The staff are always friendly and polite and are providing a vital local service. Thanks, everyone.

Although the waiting times can be long here during busy times, as other reviewers have noted, the staff are always very helpful, pleasant and professional. I do think some of the other reviews here are unnecessarily harsh! I simply do not recognise the post office I frequently use in these reviews.

As mentioned in all previous reviews. Very busy, especially at lunch times. Can be lengthy waiting times with the queue going out into the street. Working practices seem archaic. In serious need of a fresh approach.

Abysmal queues, staff seem demoralised and slow. If you're in a service job dealing with the public and don't like doing it change your job, but don't have it impact on the business.

This post office really needs more staff. The waiting times - regardless of the time of day - are incomprehensible.

Very long queues at most hours of the day -- wait times can be over 25 minutes. Staff do their best but not enough of them.
