I needed to send my leatherman to Paris as I was concerned it would be confiscated on the Eurostar. These guys got it there in 5 days to my hotel and responded to emails. The tracking number they sent me didn’t work. UK Post was obstructive but these guys sorted it.

A very good service. Dounia in the Kensington branch was extremely helpful and efficient, taking care of a heavy parcel being sent overseas.

Far too expensive. Using Mailbox rather than the courier direct cost me nearly double the price. The courier that Mailbox used was for my document was a short distance from their premises. I was not familiar with the area. I would advise anyone wanting to send documents to approach the courier directly and therefore be charged a more appropriate price.

A first class level of customer service indeed
I have shipped with Mail Boxes Etc. a couple of times now and must say their level of customer service is amazing. This time I have used the MBE Kensington High Street branch, the team has been wonderful (and oh so patient) with helping me find the best solution to ship my boxes overseas, both from a logistic/timing and pricing point of view.
I will certainly use their services should I need them again in the future and will recommend them without a doubt!
