You know that happy, excited feeling you get when you are opening a present/parcel received through the mail? Well this place gives you the same sort of feeling in SENDING a parcel,; they make it so clear and take away all the hassle and worry that they put the pleasure back into giving. The staff here really, truly genuinely appear to ENJOY their job, and eager to use their encyclopedic knowledge to help you. In actual fact staff at this place are so helpful and friendly that it’s actually quite a shock, especially if you are used to grumpy London Post Offices. It’s the sort of customer service you used to get from small family businesses back in the 1950’s - a welcoming smile of friendly recognition - it all makes you look forward to going there again, however complex your postal requirements. Whoever hired these people certainly knew what they were doing.
