Dont use this company. They will let u down and disappoint u. Late tickets, little or no communication, ignored phone calls and emails. During our holiday parts of our ticket were cancelled without our knowlege,members of our party had to pay for parts of their tickets in order to get back tothe uk.

This service was horrible. Do not trust these people with your belongings.
I was asked to pay in cash (a large sum of money) and given a handwritten receipt and was not contacted as promised to inform me when my goods were being shipped. After I called two weeks later, I was told they were being shipped the following week, and then two weeks later received a phone call asking for passport details before any shipment could happen. They did not even know which documents were required for the shipment to leave the country!
To top it off, they quoted me a price that did not include all handling fees and I was forced to pay 50% more in order for someone to pick up my goods in the receiving country. How can you call yourself a service provider and not inform customers of the process and costs of the services you're claiming to offer.
TERRIBLE service - do not trust your goods with these people.

I've been using them for about seven years for both travelling and barrel delivery services. The service is great, recommended them to many people who were all happy with their services.
