SCAM company.
I am disgusted.

I opened an account and paid.
5 minutes later I mailed to get a refund because I couldn’t use the assigned address for what I wanted to use it for.
The reaction from Postpoint “ you are not eligible for a refund because you activated the account”!
What they don’t mention is dat conveniently when payment is made that this is the activation. There isn’t a step to activate the account.
So basically a refund isn’t ever possible!
