Needed a upvc window lock replaced as I couldn’t open the window called this company and spoke to victor who was very knowledgeable and helpful, Danny came out looked at the lock and replaced the strip in the window. Very happy with the service received and the cost was reasonable too.

I needed to get some keys cut and came across this company, the keys where an obscure type not easy to find someone to cut but managed to get them cut here, they had a special machine that made the blank and was able to cut the keys while i waited, the guy behind the counter knew exactly what he was doing which helped as i am hopeless with keys. I would highly recommend this company.

incapable of even a polite greeting so hardly surprising they cant cut a key accurately.
Refused to re-cut as i had no proof of purchase despite it being the same gentleman! that had attempted the job a few days before.
