I found this company to be extremely unprofessional in their dealings with me and my family when we hired them recently. We really regretted hiring them and paid for it dearly. The treatment and eventual funeral of our loved one was actaually quite shocking and I would advise anyone to stay clear of them. There are plenty of other funeral directors in London without having to hire them. Avoid.
