Mama's Ironing

This is the third time I have used this service and never again. Pick up and delivery service a shambles with the owner/delivery driver making it up as he goes along.
First time was okay the ironing could have been better, second time around they deliver a day early, not so bad. Third time pickup was Thursday evening, I was quoted delivery for Saturday evening, Sunday morning still no delivery, text to enquire, delivery re-scheduled for that evening(7-8.30) as the ironing lady was so busy. 9.00 still no delivery and I am told they do not normally deliver on sundays and 48 hr turnaround is not a guarantee... 11.00 pm finally get my clothes back.The owner/delivery guy was rude and obnoxious. Never again.
