21 August 2015 - went to Hill Laundrette to do a wash in one of their small machines as my own washing machine is broken. Absolutely shocking rudeness from the woman who was looking after the place - curt and snappy responses when I asked her questions such as what temperature the washes would be on "Warm" and "Cold", as if I should ever dare even look at her.
After putting the machine on a warm wash, I went to a cafe just up the street for a coffee. Got back 25 mins later and found that the machine had not washed my clothes properly - it had only done the pre wash and not the main was
