Launderama

The worker is totally unqualified. Please, don't go there. We went to the laundry this morning because we wanted to wash out a bigger mattress cover. When we get there, I asked the seller can we pay by card. It couldn't be, so we brought cash. Then I asked him to help because I’ve never been to a laundry like this before and I don’t know how this works. He told me to put the clothes in the machine. I did and after I asked him, now? For this, he asks did I put this detergent in it. I told him, I asked you to help me, without a word, he only showed the washing powders on the shelf by hand. There was no helpfulness in it. He just pressed his phone on that time when we was there. So, then we take out this cover and left the shop. No, not the money was the problem. If he help for us, I buy straight away, but because I never been there, and I asked for help, and he just played or chat on his phone. How can such an employee be employed like this guy, especially now at this difficult time? I dont wanted him, to do instead of me, I just wanted a help. Never again this laundry. The guy not recpect the costumer.
