Shirtstream Dry Cleaners

I had a beautiful floor length, three-layer chiffon dress that I needed hemmed before a wedding. I went into Shirtstream and they very efficiently pinned the dress and had it ready five days later. While hemming is a simple alteration, I was impressed that they got the length perfectly right the first time (tricky with floor length dresses), the hemming was done well and the fast turnaround. I would highly recommend them for alterations and will try them soon for some more complex jobs!

I am a regular customer of Shirtstream. They have a few branches in West London. Their dry cleaning and shirt service are great - especially Executive one. The prices are reasonable also.

I have used shirtstream once before today. The first time (when it opened) the service was great. However today the service was appalling in particular the elderly lady who deals with the laundry section. I could see that the alterations lady was working hard but the lady in charge of laundry was just a nightmare. The saving grace is that the cleaning is good but the service just awful.
