Heritage Dry Cleaners

One job one white shirt. They ruined. I collected it and it looked liked it had been kicked around the floor . Avoid this dry cleaners at all costs .

They have ruined my expensive, beloved floor length curtains. The curtains have shrunk by inches, and the marks on them have not come off, plus the fabric is now creased and bunched up. I have basically paid for them to ruin my curtains. Perhaps they should not accept jobs which they are unable to carry out properly. I was not warned that my curtains may not have a good dry cleaning result.

Awful customer service. I asked for my shoes to be re-heeled and for new sole patches to be fitted. All ok and I was advised to collect in four days time. On fourth day shoes were not ready for collection. No apology or explanation. On fifth day shoes still not ready. Again no apology. Collected shoes on eighth day to discover sole patches had been fitted but no re-heel as requested. Shop assistant insinuated that I in fact did not ask for the shoes to be re-heeled but offered to do them for me at additional cost. I demanded a full refund and was begrudgingly reimbursed. I would not recommend this 'service' to anybody.
